They were looking to standardize and re-conceptualize their organic social creative, as well as re-haul their automation email creative sequences. This client prioritized aesthetic and functionality, which has garnered an increase
in purchase value, website traffic, and social media engagement + following under my creative direction.

Luseta Beauty had a troubled identity on social and had the goal of standardizing its look and feel. I created net-new posts with the platform goals of increasing awareness, engagement, and follower retention.

Email Creative
Luseta was seeking to update their automation creative to match our newly created social media creative. This re-haul included 7 email series flows and 27 emails in total. To achieve this, we determined a more simple and clean direction would best suit this goal and ensured all creative was standardized for cross-channel consistency.

Welcome Series
This series welcomes new user sign ups to Luseta Beauty and introduces a promotional code, explains the rewards program, and drives discoverability for new products. This email series also sets the tone for creatives that will be sent after welcoming them and immerses them into Luseta's brand identity.

Replenishment Series
This series focuses on existing who could potentially need to restock on their favorite products. Intentionally sent a couple months after purchase, when a hair product restock is most likely needed, this series aims to convert customers to brand loyalists.
